JILIWIN ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR: When to Stop and Re-check
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR means Chrome could not set up a secure connection.
| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| JILIWIN Clear Cache | To clear cache in Chrome on Android, tap More, then Delete browsing data, pick a time range, choose Cached images and files, and tap Delete data. |
| JILIWIN ERR_CONNECTION_RESET | ERR_CONNECTION_RESET means something interrupted your connection to the page. |
| JILIWIN ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED | ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED is Chrome's message that the page did not let it connect or that the page is blocked. |
| JILIWIN Notification Spam | To end notification spam in Chrome on Android, open the site, tap Page info, then Permissions, then Notifications and block it. |
| JILIWIN Phone Lag | Phone lag in a browser game has five usual causes: full storage, old system software, heavy browser data, a weak connection and site permissions. |
| JILIWIN Storage Full | When your phone shows storage full, a browser game lobby has no room to keep its files. |
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR means your phone could not set up a secure connection to the page it asked for. On a lobby home page that is an annoyance. On a login page it is a reason to stop, because the secure connection is what protects your username and password. This page belongs to JILIWIN on a mobile browser and puts the address check first.
When ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR should stop you
Chrome says that a full-page “Your connection is not private” message means there is a problem with the site, the network, or your device. You cannot tell which from the message. So do not type a password until you have run the three checks below.
- Read the address in the bar. The lobby opens at jiliwin.app, and its page lists 00444.top and jiliwinbet0.com, jiliwinbet1.com, jiliwinbet2.com, jiliwinbet4.com, jiliwinbet5.com, jiliwinbet6.com, jiliwinbet8.com and jiliwinbet9.com as its own. Any other spelling is an address the lobby does not list.
- Re-type the address yourself instead of following a link or message.
- After a clean load, compare the tab title with “Maglaro ng mga online slot game sa Pilipinas | JILI.win” and look for Mag-login and Magrehistro at the top right.
Cause 1: a wrong date or time on the phone
A secure connection depends on your phone knowing the time. Android’s help gives the route: open the Clock app, tap More, then Settings, tap Change date and time, and turn Automatic date and time on. Under Time zone, turn Automatic time zone on; Android’s help adds that only some devices let you set the time zone automatically.
The phone's clock is off by days, or the time zone is wrong.
Turn Automatic date and time on in the Clock settings, then reload the page.
Cause 2: a Wi-Fi sign-in page or a network in the way
Chrome’s help names Wi-Fi portals at cafes and airports as a source of certificate errors; it says to sign in to them through a site whose address begins with plain http. A shared network or a proxy can also break the secure step, and Chrome says to contact the administrator for proxy-related certificate issues.
You are on public Wi-Fi that asks you to sign in first.
Finish the Wi-Fi sign-in on its own page, or switch to mobile data, then retry. Never type a lobby password on a network whose sign-in you have not completed.
Cause 3: security software, extensions or an old system
Chrome lists these three fixes: open the page in Incognito mode, disabling extensions if needed; update your operating system; and temporarily disable antivirus software that has HTTPS protection.
Incognito loads the page and a normal tab does not.
Something stored or added in your normal tab is the cause. Leave extensions off, or follow clearing the cache in Chrome and try again.
Cause 4: stored data and a full phone
Cached copies can break a fresh secure connection, and a phone with no free space cannot save what it needs. Read what a full phone storage does to a browser game if the error comes with slow saves.
The error returns after the date, network and security checks.
Clear Cached images and files, free some space, then reopen jiliwin.app by typing it.
Still not working?
- Re-check the address letter by letter against the list above.
- Try one other address from the lobby’s own list.
- Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data.
- Update your operating system.
- Do not sign in on a page that still shows a warning. Use the CUSTOMER SERVICE link in the footer of a lobby page that loads cleanly; it opens a live chat in a new browser tab.
