JILIWIN Team Privacy Policy
The JILIWIN team privacy policy is short because this site is short on moving parts. It is a set of static reference pages: you read them, and nothing is asked of you in return. This page lists what is collected, what is not, and where your data starts to belong to someone else.
What this site never asks for
You cannot create an account here, so there is no username, no password and no profile. There is no form to fill in, no newsletter box and no comment field. The site takes no deposit, so no card number, wallet number, bank detail or ID document is requested or stored.
If a page ever appears to ask for any of those, it is not one of these pages. Close it.
What the hosting provider records
Every website that is served over the internet produces request logs. When your browser loads a page here, the hosting and delivery service handling the site receives the usual technical details of that request, such as your IP address, the page asked for, the time, and the browser and device type reported.
These logs are kept by the hosting provider to run and protect the service. The team does not use them to build a profile of you, and this page does not name the provider.
Cookies and trackers
The pages set no cookies of their own. No advertising tracker is placed by this site, and no page here follows you from one website to another.
Your browser or a network between you and the site may still store its own items. You control those in your browser settings, where you can clear stored site data at any time.
When you leave this site
The Register and Login buttons are referral links. When you press one, you leave this site and arrive at the operator’s lobby, which has its own privacy policy and its own rules about the data you give it. Read that policy before you create an account, because everything you type there is handled by the operator and not by this site.
Data Privacy Act of 2012
In the Philippines, personal data is covered by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This site names the law so you know where your rights come from, and it relies on none of its sections to collect anything, since it collects nothing about you beyond the request logs above. For the law’s own wording, read the text on the Official Gazette or on the National Privacy Commission’s own site.
Questions about this policy
If a line here does not match what you see on a page, tell the team through the contact page. To learn who writes the site, read the page about the JILIWIN team, and to see the rules for using what it says, read the JILIWIN team terms.
